Users (the ”User”) who visit the website (”Website”) under the www.rftbk.hu domain can register if they wish to use its services.  

Users can give information and data about themselves in two ways on the Website. The first one is when the user expressly gives his/her personal data (see section I) during registration; the second one is the information provided to the Data Manager (Operator) concerning the user’s Website usage, visits and browsing it (see section II).
 
I. Handling of data from registered users
 
1.) What data we request for your registration?

If you want to use certain services (e.g. joining the RFT Fan Club, newsletters) you have to register on the Website. To register we request you to give the following data (those marked with an exclamation mark(!) are mandatory):

  • Salutation 
  • Family name!
  • Given name!
  • Age!
  • Date of birth
  • E-mail address!
  • Mobile phone number
  • Permanent address/Residence 
  • Occupation/Job
  • Photograph
  • User name!

You can give the following optional data: your salutation, date of birth, mobile phone number, your permanent address/residence, your occupation/job, your photograph;
Any other information which you provide while using the different Website services (e.g. your comments);
Your correspondence concerning Website usage/registration, contents of contacts;

Persons over age 16 can only register to the Website. 
 
2.) Purpose and time duration of data handling
 
The RFT Fan Club, as the Data Manager (Operator) uses your information to provide the following services:
 
to send electronic newsletters (if you agreed to receive them at the time of your registration) about the RFT Fan Club and the Regélő Fehér Táltos Association for Traditions Preservation and their Drum Band;

to maintain contacts primarily intended to give proper information to the Users, to settle questions raised, if any, in a quick and efficient manner, to send potential system messages;
 
The RFT Fan Club handles your personal data as long as the purpose of such data handling exists, so primarily during the term of validity of your registration on the Website and/or as long as you do not request your data to be cancelled or you do not withdraw your consent to data handling. 
 
3.) Legal basis of personal data handling
 
The data handling required for the use of the RFT Fan Club services is voluntary; it is based on informed consent.
 
You give your consent through your registering with the www.rftbk.hu Website.
  
We draw your attention to that when providing information to the RFT Fan Club, you can only give your own personal data on the Website. In case you give any data other than your personal ones, you must obtain the consent of the affected person.
 
4.) Who may access registered information?
 
The Data Manager (Operator) captures the information provided on the registration site, so she does not use any data processing staff.
 
5.) User rights connected with data handling
 
When you request the Data Manager (Operator) she gives you information about the data handled by her, its purpose, legal basis, time duration and her data handling related activities. The Data Manager (Operator) will send her reply to you not later than within 30 (thirty) work days counted from the receipt of your request. 
 
You are entitled to request also your personal data to be corrected (by indicating the correct information) at the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. e-mail address. The Data Manager (Operator) promptly makes the requested change in her inventory and sends you a written notification of it. 
 
You can also request your data to be cancelled partly or completely at any time, free of charge and with no reasoning in your e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. In addition to that you can ask the Data Manager (Operator) not contact you with Newsletters in an e-mail addressed to you. The Data Manager (Operator) shall provide, within 3 (three) work days counted from the receipt of such request, for termination of your data handling and she shall permanently delete your data from her inventory in such way that the person making the statement of withdrawal can be clearly identified and she sends you a notification about the evidence of all this. 
 
If your statement of withdrawal only affects your subscription to our Newsletter, then the Data Manager (Operator) deletes you from this part of relevant inventory; otherwise the Data Manager (Operator) is entitled to handle your data for the purpose of providing Website services in the future as well. 
  
To change or delete your data the Data Manager (Operator) shall have the right to ask, for identification purpose, an appropriate confirmation of your personal identity or she may ask you to request your data change or data cancellation from the e-mail address you received at the time of your registration. 
 
II. Other information gathered in connection with Website usage
 
1.) What information do we gather concerning your Website use?
 
If you do not register on our Website in compliance with the contents of section I herein (that is you do not give any specific data/information about yourself), then the Data Manager (Operator) will not collect or handle any personal information about you which gives a basis of your identification in person.
 
By visiting our Website you give your consent to that the Data Manager (Operator) captures data/information included herein and set cookies necessary for recording. 
 
Such data are those of your log-in computer which are generated during your Website uses and recorded automatically by the Data Manager (Operator) system as a result of the technical processes. The system automatically logs, without your special statement or act, the data to be automatically captured, when you enter and exit our Website. 
 
These data are not interconnected with other personal information that is you cannot be identified on the basis of them. It is only and exclusively the Data Manager (Operator) who can access such data. These data can be connected by the application of various technologies, such as cookies, web beacons and log files. 
 
Such data contains the following information:
 
Cookies: short text files sent from the Website to the hard disk of the user’s computer; they contain user information. Web beacons (also known as GIF files, pixels or Internet tags): the Website uses these data to have a history of the user’s Website visits to enable the service provider to obtain general information about the users’ online visits. Log files: the internet browser automatically forwards also certain other data to the Website, such as the IP address of the user computer (e.g. 110.256.55.01), the domain name from where the user visited the Website, as well as the subpages visited by the user within the Website and the contents viewed on it. 
 
To be able to find the most popular pages of the Website the Data Manager (Operator) analyses these data. Further the Data Manager (Operator) uses them also to tailor the Website experience to the user requirements.
 
2.) How to use this information?
 
The data collected by the said technologies cannot be applied for User identification and the Data Manager (Operator) does not even connect them with any other information that may be suitable for personal identification. 
 
The primary purpose of such data usage is to enable the Data Manager (Operator) to properly operate the Website; it requires especially to track the Website visits and to identify any potential abuses connected with the Website usage. In fact, the data defined herein can also be used by the Data Manager (Operator) to remember your personal preferences (e.g. most frequently viewed contents on the Website) and your password. 
 
The Data Manager (Operator) can also use this information to analyze usage trends and/or to improve and upgrade the Data Manager’s (Operator’s) Website functions and to obtain comprehensive turnover data of the total Website usage. 
 
The Data Manager (Operator) can use the information gained in this way to prepare and analyze statistics on the Website usage and to forward such statistical data not suitable for personal identification (e.g. number of visitors and/or those who have registered, most frequently used topics and contents) to third parties and/or to publish them as a summary in an anonymous way.
 
3.) What can you do? Delete/block cookies
 
If you do not want the Data Manager (Operator) to collect the afore mentioned information about your Website uses, you can partly or completely disable the use of cookies in the internet browser settings or you can otherwise change the settings of cookie messages. 
 
In such case, however, you accept that neither the contents published on the Website are shown according to your preferences, nor the Data Manager (Operator) can provide the Website user experience in the very same extent. 
 
4.) Cookies set by third parties
 
The Website may contain information, especially ads from third parties, ad providers, who have no contacts with the Data Manager (Operator). They may set cookies, web beacons on the user’s computer or use similar technologies to gather data in order to send an ad message to the user’s e-mail address, which is connected with their own services. In such cases the data protection policies defined by such third parties shall be governing and the Data Manager (Operator) does not assume any liability for such data handling. 
 
III. Data security
 
The Data Manager (Operator) obliges herself to take care of data security and further to make those technical and organization measures which provide that the captured, stored and handled data are protected and/or to prevent their destruction, unauthorized use and illegal modification.
 
The Data Manager (Operator) ensures that no unauthorized person can access, publish, forward, modify and delete the handled data. Any data handled can be accessed only by the Data Manager’s (Operator’s) organization members; the Data Manager (Operator) does not deliver them to any third party who has no authorization to access such data.
 
The Data Manager (Operator) makes every effort to protect the data even from accidental damage or destroying. This obligation shall be binding upon any persons participating in the data handling activity.  
 
Data Manager (Operator) collects no special data in any circumstances that is data which relate to the origin of races being a member of any national and ethnic minority, political opinion or party affiliation, religious or other ideological views, membership in any organization of interest representation, health condition, addiction, sexual life, and criminal records. 
 
Any User who has the feeling that his/her right to the protection of his/her personal data was infringed, may seek legal redress in compliance with the governing laws from the competent organs including the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, address: 1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/C.) and the Court. 
 
IV. Miscellaneous
 
This Data protection Statement shall be governed by the provisions of the Hungarian law, especially Act CXII of 2011, on Informational Self-determination and Freedom of Information.
 
The Data Manager (Operator) reserves the right to change this Data Protection Statement unilaterally at any time with prior notification of the affected persons.
